We have exciting news regarding our website and services moving forward! Divers to College has officially merged with Ripple Effect Recruiting. Ripple Effect offers a recruiting service specifically catered towards the recruiting process for DIVERS. Their mission and values bring a service to our sport unlike any other. Come May 2024, Ripple Effect will be hosting two Diving Combines at RipFest located in Acadia, IN. The data collected from these Combines will be stored within the new recruiting website to only better promote divers striving to compete in college. Along with the RipFest Diving Combine’s, one of the most valuable services Ripple Effect offers is one-on-one recruiting counseling with former collegiate coaches for student-athletes and families. The first 50 student-athletes to sign up with Ripple Effect will receive a 25% discount and priority selection to RipFest Combine registration. We highly recommend you register with Ripple Effect to put your diver in the best position possible in finding their perfect college fit. Ripple Effect Founders:
Emily Eaton, MEd Counseling Psychology
Emily has been coaching for 13 years, at all NCAA Divisions. Her most recent tenure was at Indiana University as the Assistant Head Coach and Director of Recruiting for the last four years. During her time at IU, the Hoosiers had the most successful finishes in school history. Prior to coaching at IU, Emily coached at the University of Missouri where she received her Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology. She now uses her degree to counsel student-athletes through the recruiting process as well as coach student-athletes to improve their mental skills within sport.
Donny Brush
Donny has coached for over 30 years and has been working as a recruiting counselor for the last 8 years. Donny has coached at some of the most renowned club and college programs all over the country, Carmel Swim Club, Longhorn Aquatics, Indiana University and Germantown Academy to name a few. Since retiring from coaching, he has helped place over 100+ student-athletes at their dream college meeting athletic, academic, and financial needs.
