By registering as a Coach you must be a current college diving or swimming coach or a current high school diving coach. By registering as an athlete, you must in fact be an athlete who is looking to be recruited. For example, when completing your player profile your name, statistics etc. Your consent will be implied for any information you submit into your diver or coach profile to being publicly available. For this reason we request that you do not provide us any information into your profile that you do not wish to be shared publicly.

We will only collect and use your personal information if you have specifically consented to that collection, except in circumstances where it is necessary to conform with legal requirements, protect and defend our rights on property including intellectual property or to protect the interests of other users of the website.
